Bai Dinh – Trang An

 

1- Trang An, the area of 2000 ha is the most attractive ecological tourism spot located in East of Ninh Binh

2- Bai Dinh Pagoda, the one with hundreds of Buddist statues not only the biggest Pagoda in Vietnam but also in South East of Asia.

8.00 – 8.30 AM: Tour guide will pick you up at your hotel (in Hanoi Old Quarter) to depart to Ninh Binh city to visit Bai Dinh and Trang An, around 98 kms from Hanoi

On the way, you will have chances to take the outlook of Vietnam rice fields with the harding-working farmers doing their working in the large rice fields.

10.30 – 12 AM: Our tour guide and driver will take you to Bai Dinh Pagoda, the large pagoda with more than 500 La Han statues, where you can find the biggest Buddha statue made in bronze with 10 meters height, 100 tons in weight

12.30- 14.00: We will have lunch in local restaurant with local dishes (Goat, pork)

14.30: We will transfer from Bai Dinh to Trang An. Upon on arrival, we will tak the boat trip around Trang An to visit cave complex (Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou Cave) all caves are in mystery and wildness, you also have chances to admire the beautiful scenery of mountain and rivers of the popular countryside in Vietnam

16:00: Getting on the bus for returning to Hanoi.

16:30: Back to Hanoi at your address, Trang An – Bai Dinh Pagoda Tour ends.

Halong Bay Tour (Full Day)

 

ITINERARY

08:15 – 09:00: Our bus and guide pick you up from hotel / stay and follow the new high way to depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop over for a rest on the way

12:00:  Arriving Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing, enjoy Buffet Lunch

The ship will take you on an over 5 hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering lunch on boat.

13:45: Arriving Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives, the go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discovery the beautiful lagoon.

Visiting Titov Island with sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titov Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.

16:30: Returning to Alova Premium Cruise with Afternoon Tea  and cruising back toward Tuan Chau harbor. There are a lot of time for sunbathing on upper deck with Sunset Party, music, enjoy great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery.

18:00:  Disembarking for going back on the new high way to Hanoi.

20:00: Dropping off at your hotel / stay, trip ends.

Hanoi City Tour (Daily)

Hanoi: With its tree-lined boulevards and lakes, its blend of French, Chinese and Vietnamese architecture, Hanoi is the jewel of Asia. Charming pagodas and the “36 streets and 36 wares” of the fascinating Old Quarter will vie for your attention. And there are other famous sights: the impressive Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the ancient Temple of Literature, the Lake of the Restored Sword, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Hanoi Opera House, the History Museum, the Fine Arts Museum, and the Ethnology Museum, please look at the itinerary below to have more details:

Depart at 8.30 am from hotel, we begin to visit Ho Chi Minh complex, learning a lot about his great life comprising the Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, and his residential place. We will be traveling next to the Temple of Literature – the place of the first University and temple for Confucius in Vietnam, followed by lunch served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, pick up the most interesting one from numerous museums in Hanoi – Museum of Ethnology. Then call in the Hanoi Hilton Prison for a while to learn about the place where lots of famous prisoners were kept during the Vietnam war. The journey will be continued by the visit to Opera House and Ngoc Son temple in Hoan Kiem lake.  We finish the day by attending a very nice show of Water Puppet or taking the 1 hour relaxing Xichlo (rickshaw) trip around the Old Quarter.

Hoa Lu Tam Coc Tour (Full Day)

 

8:00am:  Leave the hotel at Hanoi. About 10:30am arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. In 968, Dinh Bo Linh declared himself as the King. Since then Hoa Lu existed as the capital for the next 41 years (968 – 1009), of which 12 years was under the Dinh dynasty – King Dinh Tien Hoang, the country named Dai Co Viet, and 29 years later was under the Le dynasty – King Le Dai Hanh. In 1010, King Ly Thai To moved the capital from Hoa Lu to Thang Long – present day Hanoi. Hoa Lu became the old citadel. In Hoa Lu there are now 2 temples have been built on the ground of the old royal palace, one is dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the other is to King Le Dai Hanh. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.

11:30am leave Hoa Lu to Tam Coc at around 12:00pm. Having lunch in Tam Coc in a local restaurant and enjoy lunch served with goat meat which is famous as the local specialty .

13:30pm, 5 minute-walk to the boat station and start the 2hour-boat trip to visit Tam Coc. Known as “Halong Bay on land”, Tam Coc are three limestone caves stretching along Ngo Dong river. The boat trip is a nice journey along the river with peaceful scenery of limestone mountains, rice paddy and the site of some temples along the way from Hang Ca (first cave) to Hang Hai (second cave) and Hang Ba (third cave).

16:00pm leave Tam Coc and drive back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at 6:30pm. Finish unforgettable full day trip at your hotel in Hanoi!

Perfume Pagoda (Full Day)

 

Perfume Pagoda is famous not only for its scenic landscape but also for its sacredness in the religious culture of Vietnamese people. Unlike other spiritual sites, Perfume Pagoda possesses a good combination of temples, pagodas, moutains and forest; or in other words, a vast landscape complex with harmony of nature and artificial construction.

Passing historical up and down over multiple centuries, the Pagoda has carved its image in the mind and the heart of Vietnamese people, who are looking for a peace in soul and put their belief in sacred Buddhism.

07:40 – 08:30: Get pick up by our tour guide and bus then depart for Perfume Pagoda (60 km west of Hanoi). Have a break 20 minutes half way to relax and experience Vietnamese handicraft products such as lacquer wares, paintings, embroideries.

10:00: Upon arrival prepare your things and start a 40 minute boat ride along the river side to enjoy beautiful landscapes of streams and paddy fields.

11:00: Leave the boat and do hiking up to the unique pagoda inside the cave (Huong Tich Cave) on the mountain summit (2.5km in height). Reaching the cave, you will have a feeling of entering the holy land of Buddhism. Also experience the breath-taking views of the mountainous landscape.

12:30: Go back down and enjoy Vietnamese lunch in a local restaurant nearby.

14:20: Visit Thien Tru Pagoda (called celestial kitchen), viewing the beautiful religious architectures.

15:00: Board the boat back to Duc Dock and return Hanoi.

18:30: Arrive in Hanoi. Get dropped off at your morning places. Tour ends.
